Reached an agreement on property settlement? Make it legally binding with a Financial Agreement
Review Financial Agreement from $990 for all work from start to finish
Prepare or review Consent Orders from $990 for all work from start to finish
All work to get your Consent Orders:
Complete title searches and Company searches (if required)
If a superannuation split is part of your agreement, a letter to your Super Fund giving notice of proposed super split (procedural fairness requirement)
Drafting all required documentation - Application and proposed Consent Orders
Arrange for all documents to be signed electronically
Lodge the Application with the Court
Receive the stamped final Orders within four to six weeks
Serve the stamped final Orders on the Super Fund (if required)
All communications with you, your former partner, the Super Fund and the Court

All work to complete your Financial Agreement:
Complete title searches and company searches (if required)
Telephone or video conference with you to get detailed information

Prepare the Financial Agreement and send to your former partner’s lawyer.
Update the Financial Agreement with any necessary changes
Provide you with written legal advice once no further changes are needed to the Financial Agreement
Telephone or video appointment to discuss legal advice
Provide Certificate of Independent Legal Advice
Arrange for signing of the Financial Agreement electronically
Certify the original Agreement and provide you with a copy
Serve a copy of the Certified Financial Agreement on the Super Fund (if required)
All communications with you by telephone/video and other side lawyer to complete the above steps
